- 1 avocado (banana works too, but I like avocado better)
- 2 Tbsp. cacao (raw)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or 1/2 vanilla pod seeds scraped out)
- 2 Tbsp. syrup (agave)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 250 grams raspberries (thawed if using frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. syrup (agave)
- 1 beets (chioggia, small, scrubbed and thinly sliced, a mandolin is of good use here)
- 6 radishes (thinly sliced)
- 4 spring onions (chopped)
- 1 bunch pea shoots
- 1 bunch fronds (dill)
- 1 bunch parsley leaves (flat leaf)
- edible flowers (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. rapeseed oil (or olive oil)
- 1/2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- lemon (a squeeze of)
- sea salt (to taste)
- 250 grams fresh cod
- water (enough to cover)
