I like the idea of adding mushrooms to this recipe. I will saute the mushrooms in the pan juices after removing the chicken. I think about 8 oz of sliced mushroom will suffice.

I love this dish
I use ordinary potatos and keep in mind that chicken with bone should have at least 45 min in the oven
I have also redused the heat to 175 C (350 F)

It turned out great, had great flavour, maybe just one big mushroom added however a mushroom may take some flavour out? My wife and I enjoyed. Can’t wait try other recipes. Cheers.

Delicious! It turned out alright even though I skipped and adapted some ingredients to what I had available. I’m sure that if I had followed everything to the word it’d have had turned out even better.

This turned out great for me! I cooked it two nights in a row because I purchased a package of 8 chicken pieces. I cooked all the dark meat the first day then the white meat the second day since they were larger. They needed a bit longer oven time their last time in the oven, of course. My family ate this with rice and loved it!

Really good chicken was as tender as tender could be the potatoes however didn’t cook as well as they could have I think next time I’ll cook the potatoes separately and add after mostly cooked
