Very good! I used a potato masher instead of a mixer. I like some lumpiness to my potatoes and I omitted the garlic salt. I didn't have any on hand. I salted the water while boiling the potatoes. I also warmed all of the other ingredients (sour cream, cream cheese, milk, butter, etc) in a pot. Putting cold ingredients lowers the temp of the potatoes and makes them cold. Warming these ingredients keeps the potatoes nice and warm for eating!!
