- 375 grams sausage (your choosing, spicy, mild, honey garlic, etc.)
- 1/2 cup water (just enough to cover bottom of frying pan.)
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 red pepper (halved and sliced)
- 1 green pepper (halved and sliced)
- 1 red onions (sliced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter (plus more if necessary.)
