Really good recipe! I did have to add more milk because the sauce was too thick. I also added a handful of cheddar cheese and one slice of jalapeño cheddar cheese for a little kick. I used frozen chopped spinach that I cooked and drained well. Will make this one again!

Was great! I did a fourth of the recipe, since I only had 8 oz of spinach, and there were no troubles making the smaller amount. Nice and creamy! The smaller dice your garlic and onion, the more smooth the sauce, but even with my slightly chunky sauce it was great.

Very good side. Served as a side w smoked ham. Used nonfat milk to help reduce fat. Did use butter for creamy texture.

I loved this recipe. It was the first time doing it. I added some our cream. Wow. My dad enjoyed it... he is a fussy eater. So that was great!!! He asked me to do it again.
