This recipe was amazing... chopped and used fresh kale instead of frozen but I think it takes 3-4 bunches ( depending on the size of the bunches) to get the equivalent. Not sure where to find frozen kale (tbh, never really looked for it)... a tad salty (and I love salt) but maybe my kale shrunk more than I thought. Will definitely use this recipe again, in fact, this will become a staple for many meals to come!
