It’s perfect; just know that 4 ear corns is more than enough for two people :).

The basic recipe was a 3 but I made it a 5.
Finely chopped the small onion and 1/2 bell pepper and carmelized them and added them to the corn. To further a better consistency added 1 tsp of cornstarch to 1/8 cup of water and folded it into the finished product and simmered it for a minute .
Improved the consistency dramatically!

Delicious as is but I did not have a yellow onion in the house so I substitute the yellow for red onion. Also I add fried bacon to the cream once completed. The family ate it and wanted more.
