I made this and my family wanted more. I didn't add baking soda. I added a tablespoon of honey only because I accidently drained knocked the can over.

The recipe has too much baking soda. I added more corn and 1/2 cup of sugar. Still not a good cake.

made this as a gluten free version for my girlfriend and it was really tasty and not dry at all.
