    Wow! This was awesome! I subbed red onion for the sweet. I was out of bay leaf and so omitted that. I had no fresh thyme so I subbed a pinch of ground and omitted it as a garnish. I used 1/2 cup of coconut creamer with the half and half. I will definitely be making this again!
