    The casserole turned out beautifully! Very easy to follow and the whole family loved it. Will definitely make this again, but double the portion.

    This is tasty but not as rich or creamy as I would have preferred. I doubled the amount of cheese & salt. Add some Panko bread crumbs to the top when it gone into the oven.

    It was very tasty. I made a few adjustments. I sautéd fresh mushrooms and green onions and added a bag of frozen broccoli to add. I left out the peas and used canned Cream of Mushroom soup. I didn’t have mozzarella cheese so I had to used Mexican blend shreds. I will try this again and omit the extra pasta water (it was a little too watery right out of the oven but I’m betting leftovers tomorrow will be perfect). I will also make sure I have the mozzarella cheese next time too.

    Great recipe - I changed a bunch though - I did half pasta and half risotto - arborio rice. Also I did leave out the peas. I made my own cream of mushroom soup. I did add Green Onions in stead of the peas and it was wonderful.
