Easy one-pot meal! I added a clove of clove garlic, and 1 extra potato, a couple of sprinkles of dried ginger. Before serving, I topped with a dollop of sour cream, swirled into the soup, and a sprinkle of smoked paprika.

WOW! Simply WOW! I added a little bit of ginger because I love it and used vegetable broth instead of chicken one. WOW!!!
