- 2 sweet onions (large, peeled)
- 2/3 head cabbage
- 2 leeks (large)
- 5 green onions
- 4 carrots (medium)
- 10 small red potatoes
- 3 vegetable stock concentrate (Knorr homestyle, packs)
- 9 cups water (you can also skip the concentrate and use vegetable or chicken broth)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
- 4 Tbsp. fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans beans (white cannelloni, drained and rinsed, optional)
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked ham (chopped into bite sized chunks, optional!)
