I found it a bit bland and very thin. I’ll add potatoes to thicken next time. Still tweaking but was happy with the additions of dry mustard and turmeric for flavor.

Easy and really good. I served it cold like a gazpacho . Garnished with parsley and I like a little sour so I drizzled with balsamic vinegar. So many possibilities for garnish Served with bruschetta.

I make modifications like add cheese and croutons but love that it is low calorie to start with.. good taste for a skinny version

i was trying to figure out what to do with an abundance of broccoli, and came across this great basic recipe. i made enough modifications that i can't say i was totally faithful to the recipe. i adjusted with amount of milk, water, and added cornstarch to thicken. it still came out pretty good.

Delicious. Added goat cheese instead of cheddar and replaced milk with rice milk. Spiced with some green curry. Definitely will be making it again

So delicious! The sour cream and cheese made it even better. Easy to make and a great winter lunch!!
