    I make modifications like add cheese and croutons but love that it is low calorie to start with.. good taste for a skinny version

    i was trying to figure out what to do with an abundance of broccoli, and came across this great basic recipe. i made enough modifications that i can't say i was totally faithful to the recipe. i adjusted with amount of milk, water, and added cornstarch to thicken. it still came out pretty good.

    Good broccoli flavor. Nice side soup.
    Delicious. Added goat cheese instead of cheddar and replaced milk with rice milk. Spiced with some green curry. Definitely will be making it again

    So delicious! The sour cream and cheese made it even better. Easy to make and a great winter lunch!!

    Very good. Was just creamy enough without all the fats of conventional. This also uses items I would normally have on had. Delicious and will make again.
