I used flour instead of cornstarch. The soup was not thick enough. I added mashed potato flakes. That did it! I needed cream of chicken soup and didn’t have any cream of…soup. This recipe works. I like that you can flavor it with minced onion and garlic and seasonings of your choice. It becomes whichever cream of … soup you need depending on how you make it!
