    Great recipe! The cream was easy to whip and the puffs were so easy to bake! The only thing they should make clear is serve after you chilled the cream puffs for 20-30 minutes for firmer cream and just a better tasting cream puff overall. On another note, these puffs have a lot of oily butter in them. Just want to warn people not to have too many in a day. All that butter in your stomach is unsettling.
