- 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. shallots (finely chopped)
- 1/2 clove garlic (peeled)
- 2 cups cauliflower florets (steamed)
- 2 baby spinach (firmly packed cups)
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter (roasted)
- 1 tsp. tamari (wheat free)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (plus more to taste)
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper (plus more to taste)

Directions
- Put all ingredients in the blender jar of the KitchenAid® Pro Line® Series Blender. Secure lid and set the Blender to the Adapti-Blend™ Soup program. Blend until machine turns itself off. Alternatively, blend for about 5 minutes, starting on speed 1 and gradually increasing to speed 10.
- Soup will come out of the Blender hot. Season to taste and serve immediately.
