delicious, would definitely make it again. i may add more corn next time, there was plenty of sauce

Husband loved it. Instead of the frozen corn I used fresh corn off the cob, and did everything else according to the recipe.

Loved it! I did 26 oz of frozen organic corn so I doubled the main ingredients, and used cornstarch instead. I also added additional cornstarch and cheese for consistency preference!

I liked the recipe and instead of using frozen corn I used fresh corn cut off the cob. I got the thumbs up from my husband, he said you can make this again. He's not a fan of creamed corn. He took seconds and even thirds at dinner last night.
