I used creamy ricotta, added some chopped garlic, a dash of cayenne and a beaten egg. Delicious! Like my lasagna filling without the pasta.

I love this recipe! I made these as a snack for my husband and I. I added diced Serrano peppers for a little kick and they were delicious.
