I used one 3x9 loaf pan... and used BLUEBERRIES instead of strawberries. Baked for a total of 1-1/2 hours, and still applied foil around edges 45 minutes in. It’s not heavy... not too sweet... love the texture. Don’t forget to flour the frozen blueberries prior to folding into mixture!

Not as good as regular banana bread due to the difference in the texture. Probably won't make it again.

Oh wow this was the most DELICIOUS banana bread I've ever made the cream cheese and strawberries make it super moist I had to make 2 more loaves the same day because everyone gobbled it down so fast!
