Loved it. Not too sweet so it's a great, quick breakfast with a cup of hot coffee. I added a light cinnamon, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice dusting while hot. I also made a pumpkin pie spiced, sweet cream cheese spread when I wanted something a little more sweet.

This was an amazingly delicious recipe. I made it for Thanksgiving, and everyone raved about it. I'll be adding it to my must-make list for future years.

Omgosh!!! this was totally awesome! took some time but i'm old so... this is wonderful and well worth the effort. oh, btw, I only used the powdered erythritol and did not add any additional sweeteners to the cream cheese filling OR the pumpkin bread. totally sweet enough. I can't over emphasize how delicious this is.... hubby was totes happy!!
