OH MY! JUST LIKE THE PANCAKES I HAD IN AMSTERDAM!! To make these pancakes even better they're Low cal/Keto. I followed the directions but I did add 1 TBL of Vanilla in stead of the Cinnamon. They were difficult to split so I cut them in half before flipping. I also found that 2 minutes is too long. I made these for dinner & enjoyed every bite! I do wonder if they can be frozen.

It was ok but it tasted a bit flavourless. I did like it although it was difficult to flip and 2 minutes per side was too much! Would recommend

Very good; I like my pancakes thin and eggy anyway, so these were yummy. Had them with strawberries, which balances the richness.

Absolutely delicious and more than that quick and easy! They were easier to flip with a lightly buttered pan on med low heat 😉

These pancakes, which turn out more like crepes are the LIVING BOMB! I did not find the cakes hard to turn at all and the flavor was fantastic. Instead of sugar free syrup I used Sugar Free Black Raspberry jam warmed in the microwave and even my wife raved about them! I can see great possibilities using these as you would crepes in some pretty fantastic recipe variations! Thanks!
