- pitted black olives (18 quality medium, drained and chopped, I used Pearls Olives)
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion (very)
- 1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning (such as Slap Ya Mama)
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt (regular)
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/16 tsp. cayenne
- paprika (Garnish with light dusting of, or more cayenne for an extra kick of heat!)
