    My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. We altered the ingredients slightly, omitting the chicken and substituted our own veggie chili with sliced mushrooms to make it vegetarian. Turned out yummy!

    Very good! Subbed black beans for corn, and used green salsa in chicken mix, otherwise followed recipe exactly.

    I loved it, and so did my husband. My toddlers weren't thrilled, but they are in the picky eating phase where they don't like hardly anything. I will make this again for sure!
