- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (or nonfat plain, I use chobani)
- 2 oz. light cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar substitute (granulated, Stevia, Splenda, Truvia)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 large egg (beaten for egg wash)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. fat free sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. preserves (any flavor of sugar free, or, 1/8 cup pie filling to be divided into 4 servings)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla frosting (pillsbury sugar free, melted, divided into 4 servings)
