Delicious. Made the two loaves, mine were done in under 60 minutes. Was a great way to use up cranberries will definitely make again!

This turned out well with two loaves. At the end of 60 minutes I turned off oven and let sit in there for another 5 minutes to ensure center done. I also think next time I may partially thaw the frozen cranberries as it seemed soft around the berries. Anyway loved this bread will do again and very easy.

I’ve made this twice and we love it. I use 5 to 6 small loaf pans so we can give them away as gifts. Take plenty of time to incorporate butter and cream cheese mixture and add the air the bread needs. Make sure you put the cranberries in with the flour and mix well...the flours help to hold up the cranberries in the dough and prevents them from sinking to the bottom.
