- 1 tsp. seasoning (chicken, or 1 cube chicken bouillon)
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 cups lasagna noodles (Oven Ready, or whole grain oven ready lasagna noodles if following the WW purple plan)
- 3 cups marinara sauce (zero point, I use my zero point marinara)
- 5 oz. light mozzarella (I use Trader Joe's lite mozzarella)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning (I use Daks salt-free Italian Blast)
- 8 oz. light cream cheese (softened.)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (or nonfat Greek)
- 28 oz. no salt added diced tomatoes (Hunt’s 100% Natural)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. basil
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. onions (minced dried, or diced fresh onion)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
