- 2 cups mild salsa (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups colby jack cheese (shredded, divided)
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch, sometimes I use corn tortillas instead. Both are delicious)
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
