I didn’t follow the recipe exactly, but I was happy to have it as a reference and add more of what I like from there. Turned out good! For some reason, my kids didn’t love it, but I prefer it because the cream cheese isn’t as rich as heavy whipping cream, that’s normally used in other recipes.

I think this is the easiest and best Alfredos I’ve made! Didn’t use butter, cuz enough oil from what I was cooking; added some Cheyenne as I was inspired by another recipe. This will be my new go-to for Alfredo.
