Needed to substitute a few things but used what I had! Super easy, fun and DELICIOUS!!

Turned out really good. Very tasty! You can taste the beat, but I like beats, so that was not a problem for me. No nutritional information on the recipe, though. Would be kind of nice to to know calories and so forth.

This was crazy good!
It was really thick so I added more almond milk and stretched it out for two days. It helped that I had a high speed blender as the beets are a tough veggie.
