Made this a couple times & everyone loves it. Timesaver notes: Chop & sauté bell pepper and cook sausage in advance. Cool, add cheese, mix & store in airtight container overnight (save that extra cheese for the top). Also mix eggs, milk, cream & spices and pour into separate airtight container. Store till next morning. Turn on oven as soon as you wake up, layer the ingredients into your buttered baking dish & pop in the oven. Relax & enjoy that morning coffee with your guests and breakfast together when it’s ready :)
