just like fudge! soooo freakin good!!! I made it with 50/50 raw cashews & almonds and a 50/50 mix of golden syrup and rice bran syrup. Amazing for a sugar/dairy free dessert and DEFINITELY kicks the chocky cravings butt.
if the oil splits away just strain it off. pack the rest into a tin and it will work.
