    Made this with leftover crawfish and garlic from a boil we had. I also used homemade salt-free cajun seasoning and salt-free butter. It was amazing! I used about 2 tablespoons of the cajun seasoning just so it really had the flavor. I added some cracked black pepper and left the salt out. I will definitely be making this again. Even the leftovers are good.
