JUST made this and it taste sooo good! followed the instructions to the T, except I didn't have any Worcestershire sauce. Still was BOMB af! AFTER years of loving and eating etouffee I now have MASTERED IT!

great recepie! we only used 1lb of crawfish and cut down slightly on the rest of the ingredients becasue we were cooking for 2. Also added hotsauce seperatly because one of us has a bit more of a taste for it 😄

This recipe is FANTASTIC! Can not recommend enough. Great authentic flavor: my only comment is that it could be thicker.
