  • 2 chili peppers (guindilla, may substitute red pepper flakes)

    Directions

    1. Rinse and clean the crayfish. Boil briefly and drain.
    2. Saute the onion and carrot in a skillet until tender. Add the tomato, crawfish, and brandy.
