Very good. Easy to make. If you don’t like rosemary, you can use other herbs.

These are so flavorful, easy to make, crispy/creamy/salty....a great side for many different things. Made more than once, and will make again.

Amazing simple and my family loved them. Have made several times as an alternative to baked potatoes.

Everyone loved them! Better than baked potatoes! I drizzled with olive oil and used salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary.
