- 1 Tbsp. fresh sage (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup buttermilk (or whole milk)
- 1 cup crumbled cornbread (homemade or store-bought, from about 2 muffins or slices of bread)
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh sage (minced)
