This turned out so delicious! I didnt have unsweetened cranberry juice. i had a bottle of concentrate ocean spray cranberry juice( not cocktail). I made itwith approximately 3/4 cup less water than the instructions said. Then i reduced the sugar in the recipe by 1/4cup since it was developed for unsweetened juice. love it ! strong flavor beautiful color and only 3 ingredients. I also added a tablespoon of vodka. Big difference in texture and hardness of my sorbets and sherbets that had a little alcohol added in. Very easy and quick to make
