- 1 yellow onion (or large white, finely chopped)
- 14 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 pkg. turkey drumsticks (skin removed, about 2 pounds)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water

Directions
- 1. Combine the onion, cranberry sauce, chicken broth, vinegar and salt in a 4- to 6-quart oval slow cooker.
- 2. Add the turkey drumsticks to the slow cooker and coat with the cranberry mixture.
- 3. Cover and cook until tender, about 4 hours on high, 6 hours on low.
