  • 1 Orange (juiced)
  • 1/2 Orange (zested and minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated and minced)
  • 1/4 cup honey (organic and local)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger (dried)

    Directions

    1. Rinse cranberries in a colander.
    2. Using a large sauce pan add orange juice, orange zest and ginger. Bring to a boil over medium/high. Add the cranberries.
    3. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cranberries begin to burst.
