I didn’t have Greek yogurt in my fridge so I substituted with 1/4 cup of additional butter. Also only had all purpose flour. Not as healthy, but really really good!

Ok very dense. Tastes like a fiber bran muffin. I added dried cranberries that I reconstituted in cranberry juice. My cranberry add was the best part.

I did make this recipe today, loved it! Used dried cranberries instead, no difference, dense but delicious, topped it with sugar crystals.

Nice moist muffin. I used frozen cranberries & they turned out delicious!

Easy - we tried dark chocolate covered cranberries and pomegranate instead of the fresh cranberries and topped them with a bit of powered sugar - dense but delicious. Good one and done b-fast!
