- 200 grams icing sugar (do not replace with regular sugar)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 eggs (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. orange zest
- dried cranberries (optional)
- chocolate flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
- 125 grams cream cheese
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar (more or less, depending on how thick you want the glaze)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
