I made this with french fried onions and cranberries I didn’t have celery so used celery seed but did have mayo however it was dry so I think maybe adding a tablespoon more of mayo will help With all the changes, it didn’t turn out too bad 😀

This was great and a refreshing change than ordinary chicken salad! I didn’t have pecans, but, substituted chopped walnuts.

Not a huge chicken salad fan because I donmt like grapes, so this went on a recipe card! Perfect mixture of textures and each flavor is distinct.

I made with chunk chicken in a can. Six large cans to be exact. I adjusted the celery, mayonnaise, cranberries and nuts accordingly.
I made it for a luncheon and the response was tremendous. It’s a simple recipe that allows the flavor of all the ingredients to come through.
Served with croissants it is light and easy to serve.

Such a great chicken salad! The last two weeks I've made big batches of it to pack in my lunch and I'm still not sick of it. Great in a sandwich or on a bed of spinach.

excellent. .But i think next time i will substitute green apples for the celery for the sweet crunch.
