Description
Tart cranberries, zesty citrus, crunchy walnuts, and a touch of spice add up to a perfect breakfast treat during the holidays. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 Orange (large, zested)
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 dash allspice
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (1/2 cup is 2 oz.)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a 12-cavity muffin pan with muffin/cupcake liners.
- In large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract on medium-high speed until smooth and combined, for 1-2 minutes.
