- 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips
- 1 tsp. oil

- 3 Tbsp. Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup butter (or margarine, melted)
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup fig preserves (I am going to try orange marmalade instead)
- 1 tsp. coarse sugar (if desired, optional)
