- 4 Tbsp. vegan butter (+ 1 Tbsp, if needed!, I use Earth's Balance)
- 1/3 cup almond milk (I use Califia Farms; You can use your fave plant-based milk!)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried sage
- 1 tsp. dried chives
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 15 oz. chickpeas (drained + rinsed)
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup bread crumbs (See Notes!)
- 1 Flax egg (', See Notes!)
- 3 garlic cloves (diced small)
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (+ black pepper)
- 2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil (for cooking)
- 4 Tbsp. jerk seasoning
- 2 cups cranberry compote (/topping, See Notes!)
- 1/2 cup water (fresh)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (See Notes!)
- 3 Tbsp. white cooking wine
