I followed the advice of using an ice cream scoop - made the cookies perfectly shaped, but depending upon your scoop size you’ll have to adjust the cooking time - mine was 18-20 minutes, but well with the wait!

So yummy! I also added a tiny bit of almond extract and 1 1/2 cups white chips. Fabulous!

Very easy and tasty. The batter is Really thick, you'll definitely get a workout.
