Long ago I visited the Washington coast, near the cranberry bogs. had a lovely breakfast at a cozy restaurant and my first taste of cranberry butter.
All these years later, decided to make my own.
This recipe killed my blender (rip) but it makes a killer batch of delicious amazing cranberry butter.
