- 1/2 cup flour (I used brown rice flour, but I have seen similar recipes where regular all purpose flour was used)
- 1/2 cup milk (choice, I used almond milk)

This glaze was much too sweet for me, and I agree with other reviewers the consistency didn't get quite right. Good concept and might be nice with some tweaks.

The taste of the cranberry balsamic glaze was very nice and simple. I found that the coating on the cauliflower didn't get to the right texture in the oven and I needed to play around with oven times and temperatures
