Very good!I substituted 2 bananas for the apple sauce, used 2 eggs instead of one and used sour cream in place of buttermilk because that is what I had on hand.Very moist with a nice crispy crust!

I’m a huge fan of banana and pumpkin bread so I thought I’d try this recipe.... this recipe is SO GOOD! I didn’t add the apple sauce and just used water instead. I’m definitely making this recipe again! Baked for one hour exactly.
Last time I shredded the apple but it’s just as good with 2 diced apples. I also used yogurt last time and this time used buttermilk.. really can’t tell the difference. I’ve been using more spices too. Allspice, ginger, etc. I like to eat it in the morning with homemade pumpkin butter, topped with an egg. It’s to die for.
