It is tasty, greasy but tasty. The crispy skin reminds me of KFC. Maybe it's the Old Bay seasoning? I'd try this again, but flatten the chicken more.

I Love this so much. I could eat it daily. When I was cutting the bone out it seemed like more work than I wanted to put into it but so worth it in the end. Yum

I substituted coconut oil for the ghee and they came out great. I had the heat a little too high the first time I made this dish.

Incredible! It's genius in its simplicity. I had to make some ghee (which I had to research) but now I'm happy to have it in my fridge. My boyfriend LOVED it. What's fried chicken again?

Very, very good - everyone liked it! I need to get a splatter shield for my pans though, I get the whole kitchen messy when I fry. I would surely make it again - sometimes the simplest things are the best..
